Direct Charges with 3DS and SCA is possible, as long as you use the SCA-ready integration such as Checkout and PaymentIntent/SetupIntent.

It's more of those solutions (Dokan and WC vendors), do they use our SCA-ready integration

We have directly been informed by both parties that at the moment neither of them are able to perfom Direct Charges with 3DS and SCA and have stated that there is no such solution available on WordPress at the moment. We also experineced this ourselves and had a result of multiple failed payments.

you may need to find a different plugin then that supports your intended use case

There does not seem to be any WordPress multi-vendor marketplace solutions that facilitate this including WC vendors which is a Stripe partner. Is this a WordPress, Stripe or banking issue?
