Hi, I've been keeping the WisePOS_E model on, but the device turns off by itself several times a day and then on by itself again, can you tell me why and how I can stop this happening?

That document doesn't mention the problem of models restarting alone.

Yeah it's more of a hardware problem like you described. I would recommend reaching out to Support and maybe they can replace the reader for you
