We already wrote to your support team and your colleagues told us that the problem in Bench account, connected. We disconnected it and it didn't help. I have launch of the platform in several days. I need to fix it ASAP. Please help

Could you share your account ID? It should begin with "acct_..."
Thanks! I recommend replying to the thread you already have with our support team. You should let them know you've completed all verification steps but still cannot create a connected account in live mode. I recommend also including a date/time stamp (with time zone) for your latest account creation attempt.
would it be possible to make it on discrod? I already spent a week on having empty conversations. I just don't hvae time anymore
