There's no way to create subscriptions for connected accounts.
So the way you have it currently setup would be the ideal approach.

Let's say there is User "xy"

xy has a subscription (subscription Id)
(used email: [e-mail])
xy has a standard payout account (account Id)
(used email: xy1 @gmail.com)

Is there way in stripe (metadata/ prefil email id/ add returned id somewhere) to say these two are connected?

There's nothing in our API that connects the two on our end. They are completely separate objects. You can use Metadata if you want https://stripe.com/docs/api/metadata but mostly I'd recommend linking the two in your own database instead
