I'd recommend checking with our support team as they're experts in this area and can help with workarounds if any
I see, thanks - I can follow up with them to confirm. So for accepting payments in non-USD our only options are credit cards or pull/charge based payment methods (e.g. SEPA) for those currencies?

Are the columns in the tables on that page meant to describe where the payment methods are used (i.e. SEPA is for customers in Europe) or which Stripe users are able to make use of these payment methods (i.e. is SEPA unavailable to us for charging European customers if we are US-based?)?
it's a bit of both. You start there, you find the ones you're interested in and then you dig into them. There are numerous non-USD options. Klarna, Sofort, iDEAL and many more for example
