Where was it reported paid? Stripe Dashboard or somewhere else?

It looks like the Payment prompted for additional user action (similar to 3DS)
If you look at the timeline, customer completed the action after the invoice was voided and subscription expired.

Yes, but why was the invoice voided? The customer had access to the "boleto" via the email received by Stripe
I understand that if the invoice was cancelled, the "boleto" sent by Stripe by email to the customer should block the payment or lose its validity.
The Subscription expired and the underlying invoice got voided

@unkempt charm yeah something is really strange here. As far as I can tell the underlying Subscription expired too early. The Invoice was still waiting for payment and had configured 3 days expiry but the Subscription expired early.
I'd recommend contacting our support team so that they can investigate deeper: https://support.stripe.com/contact. Mention you spoke to my team on Discord and that we think there's a bug for them to escalate to the product team
Okay I also flagged to the engineering team on my end to investigate in parallel so hopefully our support team can help you get to the bottom of this
