Since Shopify controls your integration with Stripe, I'd recommend reaching to Shopify support since Stripe has no visibility how their payment integration works

So customers can pay in any currencies using stripe?

pretty sure ive only got it setup for MYR at the moment

Here's what shopify support said "Ah okay so you are not using Shopify Payments, you are using Stripe. Multiple currency is only available when using Shopify Payments, you may need to ask Stripe to enable other currencies for you Jacob!"

As mentioned earlier, Shopify controls your integration with Stripe as well as the presentment currencies in the Checkout page within Shopify website

It's not possible to configure at Stripe side to enable other presentment currencies
