Where did you have the prompt that the driving license is required?

If it's on hosted onboarding page in test mode, then it should have a button for completing verification with test data

Creating account with custom type
Creating person on that account.
Updating account with document

In the latest account.updated event of acct_1NcibvQ2xqsmWccY, I don't see any requirements to be completed. Where did you see that driving license is required for submission?

Ah I see! In this case, you should follow this guide here: https://stripe.com/docs/connect/identity-verification-api#handling-identity-verification

You should be able to submit any file to complete the verification
