i don't have a request id or error message.

a member paid for a year in full about 5600, but she meant to be on monthly billing.

i initiated the refund, but there is not enough funds in our account and if i wire more in there is a 1-5 day delay - she is coming into the office in 2 days to just pick up a check - which seemed like the easiest route.

but now there is this pending refund.

The refund is in pending status so you can't cancel it. I'd suggest you to reach out to Stripe support https://support.stripe.com/contact/email
