Hi there, can you tell me more about the problem that you are facing? Do you have a request ID or error message?
i don't have a request id or error message.
a member paid for a year in full about 5600, but she meant to be on monthly billing.
i initiated the refund, but there is not enough funds in our account and if i wire more in there is a 1-5 day delay - she is coming into the office in 2 days to just pick up a check - which seemed like the easiest route.
but now there is this pending refund.
that i wish i had not done.
I see. You can use this API to cancel the refund https://stripe.com/docs/api/refunds/cancel#cancel_refund, note that only refund with a status of requires_action can be cancelled.

The refund is in pending status so you can't cancel it. I'd suggest you to reach out to Stripe support https://support.stripe.com/contact/email
