@spice sand PaymentElement already magically shows/hide that postal code field in countries where it's not needed. Overall we know some banks will not verify it but it doesn't hurt to collect it so it's best to let PaymentElement do what it does best in this case

I tried a Greek card for testing purposes to see if by punching in the rest of the data would hide the zip field, but it doesn't.

Did you change the country in the dropdown though? That's what controls whether to show/hide the field
