Not really. I just need to copy & paste the customers data from sandbox to production. My client doesn't want to delete the users that use the sandbox mode, he just wants to migrate them

I don't think there's a simple way to do that. You'd need to use Test API keys to retrive customer information and then re-create them using Live API keys
