Gotcha, so using the on_behalf_of parameter will designate one of your connected accounts as the merchant of record. It has a couple other implications, so read this whole section, but Stripe will use the connected account's name and image when they are the merchant of record https://stripe.com/docs/connect/separate-charges-and-transfers#on-behalf-of

In my paymentIntent I filled on_behalf_of with the partner's account
but in the receipt I still see our logo and name

I am not seeing a way to do this at the moment. I will check with my colleagues, it may not be possible with Stripe's pre-built receipts. My apologies for giving your incorrect info, we swap out a lot of other settings to the connected account's settings.
