You can say in your Product description that the Price is per 10 items, and then the customers can adjust quantity by 1, and buy 10, 20, 30 items.

You can also select Package pricing in the Dashboard and set it to 10.

Yeah, I checked and Package pricing is not really a solution. What you'll need to do is what I suggested earlier: in the Price description say "10x Items" and set the unit_amount of $100.
