For example

That's a account.application.authorized, for which the same issue seems to happen

all other event types have the correct api version (which matches the webhook endpoint)

but it seems that account.application.[de]authorized uses the API version of the account being (un)authorized instead of the webhook endpoint version.

Thanks for sharing! This is a known issue that account.application.authorized event is sent using account API version instead of the API version on the Webhook endpoint.
