hello, let's start here - a 404 means Stripe CLI isn't able to talk to your local webserver endpoint

so where is your local webserver endpoint for webhooks running?
e.g. is it localhost:3030/webhooks ?

you can manually make a POST request to that endpoint to confirm if it is up, keeping Stripe CLI completely aside

yea apologies, I had left my station for a little bit. I actually just resolved it haha. It turns out I hadn't properly installed micro onto my dependencies. I appreciate your time. I'll reach out if I have issues again
