as when multiple products with different amount are there its confusing for customer to identify which amount is for which resource

You can't modify those lines beyond modifying the Product names. You can add custom fields to the Invoice though, where you can add clarification: https://stripe.com/docs/api/invoices/update#update_invoice-custom_fields
