My issuing cards disappear since yeasterday. I can not create new cards and old cards are not working

It is very urgent for my business, since I am doing Amazon dropship

When I click issuing . it says "issuing is unavailable in live mode until we confirm that Stripe can support your business. You can still use Issuing in test mode

I already send customer support several emails, no reply so far
