I had a chat with support earlier but they didn't seem to be able to do much without speaking to the customer directly. This kind of stuff: "For security purposes, we have limited information that I can provide to you for this Standard Connect Account". Is there any other route we can take to try and get this resolved?
I'd ask them to escalate to a specialist honestly and provide clear examples of this happening and they can dive further into it

So yeah you are the platform, you own this account, they misunderstood on support and you should ask to be escalate to a specialist
