Hey @timid timber. We don't have a "Dashboard setting" for this. Proration on Subscription is "per API request" so every time you make a change to a Subscription we will calculate proration by default.
If you don't want any proration your code has to pass proration_behavior: 'none' in that case on each request, we don't have a globa default setting for it
