Well just like I stated above, it seems like it does not reflect user's settings

As I stated, the Dashboard setting is not a reflection of their Stripe Tax status but whether we automatically turn on Stripe Tax for Dashboard creating items (like an Invoice)

I have removed the registered countries and sorta thought it would disable it maybe? However its still active 🙂
