We don't send receipt emails automatically in test mode. You'd need to manually send it post-payment via the Dashboard

receipt_email is in the payment_intent object but I can't see how I can manually send the mail

I mentionned the email adress in receipt_email , so now i want to check if everything is ok and at least send the receipt manually

Well, you can't. You just need to trust that we will send the emails in live mode, assuming the setting is enabled
