Correct, I want to change the "amount"

But, I only want to use it to return integer results

I don't quite follow why you're doing this though. You should be using invoices with prices and quantities, so your prices should be whole numbers. Let me know if there's something I'm missing!

But when I change plans and generate an apportionment there are decimals, can this be rounded?

If the total of a draft Invoice is not the total you want you can add a line item to it to account for the difference between the current amount and the final amount you want.
