Hello 👋
No way to add multiple destinations but you can leave destination empty and then create a separate transfer later on
Thanks for the quick response. I looked into the custom transfers. But my issue is that the stripe fee is is deducted first here. And if I add a transaction charge to each transfer it will probably fail because there won't be enough funds
Not sure I completely understand "transaction charge"
Can you clarify?
sorry I mean the source transaction
This is what I am trying to do:
100€ charged -> transfer to vendor A 20€ -> 2€ application fee back to platform
-> transfer to vendor B 80€ -> 8€ application fee back to platform
-> stripe fee 2.6€
-> profit
Hmm I don't think that's how destination charges work.
Funds settle on the platform account, fees are deducted and then the transfer takes place
so the stripe fees are deducted from the platform account, not from the specific transactin source?
or I could leave the source_transaction attribute out
For Destination Charges, Platform is responsible for fees yes
then we just need to make sure there are enough funds on the platform account
but if it's a separate transfer, because destination charges are not possible with multiple vendors
Right, that flow is called Separate Charges and transfers. The platform would still be responsible for fees
