Sure we can take feature requests. No guarantees on when/if they'll be implemented though. Any more details on what you'd like to see instead?
Currently, after creating an express account, a link will be generated. The generated link needs to be send to the user to set up their stripe account.
Even for payment method changes, we have to use stripe dashboard for express accounts
Can we please increase the flexibility of achieving all the above user flows via APIs itself?

Those things are achievable with Custom accounts
But we are using express account in our application already integrated.
We want to achieve testing using Stripe APIs for the express accounts where we are blocked
What is the reason for keeping it only in UI?
That's an Express account design decision. Those are meant to be easiest to integrate and lightweight. Custom accounts are what you should be using for more custom, api driven flows
I can feature request what you want for Express accounts, but unlikely it would be implemented since we have Custom accounts
In that case, please let me know one thing. We are using Express accounts in Production.
If we use custom accounts in our testing and test all our flows, Can we be sure that the express accounts will also work fine as like custom accounts?
I mean, can we give signoff that testing is completed and the are no issues with express accounts?
Or we have to use the same account type for testing as well (in our case express accounts)
For testing, you should mimic your live environment as close as possible. So, I'd recommend testing with the same account type
What are the possible errors that you expect that might be different for the account types?
Well the ways in which you onboard and manage custom accounts are totally different
