Yes, it does not work. It only works when I do it manually through the dashboard to repeat the charge
I see the payment failed at 4:00 UTC, and then you retried at 11:00 UTC. It normally takes a day before another retry
Do you have an example of an Invoice that was not retrying for a couple of days?
