👋 @bitter mirage ! It's mostly historical reasons where EphemeralKeys are really rarely used and we never really added them to the API Reference. We have the same thing for ApplePayDomains.
Nothing beyond that, we do mention how to use/create those keys for specific integrations

I see. Main reason is because i maintain a swift Stripe SDK for serverside (StripeKit) and some users mention that the API for iOS requires and ephemeral key to be done on the serverside. So just wanted to verify.

I noticed the other SDKs (dot net, etc,) have the ephemeral Endpoints in there.

All our SDKs have support for it. And the docs you screenshotted would explain how to create that key
