Hi 👋
Do you have the configuration you set up when creating the Customer Portal?
Here are the settings relative to updates and cancellations
showld I check something else?
Unfortunately we don't really deal with the Dashboard here, we are focused on direct API integrations. I can offer advice on how to structure your API call to creat these configurations but I'm not sure that is a direct map to what the Dashboard displays
Who can I talk to? I am using Bubble.io and Stripe Customer Portal API .
Could it be becuase I still didn't verify the account?
I don't know what Bubble.io is. The customer portal has some situations where it does not allow customers to update or cancel plans. Those depend on the type of Price records in the Subscription.
Where can i find someone that can help me find a solution? I really need to solve this
Do you have the ID of a customer portal session I could look at?
But also your best bet here would be Support: https://support.stripe.com/?contact=true
this is a link, this is the corresponding ID cus_OMhTBJzhWQCJUT
Okay I can see the most recent billing portal session for this customer and the configuration attached.
Subscription cancellation is permitted, so are updates to two specific products
exactly so everything sould be correctly set, why is the "current plan" section missining, in the link provided?
Okay we you do have multiple products, so the Customer portal won't allow updates. Which we spell out here: https://stripe.com/docs/customer-management#customer-portal-limitations
Do you have the Subscription ID for this customer? Is it possible this subscription was created via a Schedule? https://stripe.com/docs/billing/subscriptions/subscription-schedules
This would prevent the customer from being able to cancel it.
I don't think it is created via a schedule, since it is created using the stripe plugin in bubble.io and many other users using it have cancellations
I will give you the sub ID in a couple of hours, when I get back home if it is ok
This thread will get archived by then but you can raise this question again and we will be on-staff to respond
