You said you want to use PayPal for recurring payments, so that is a saved payment method (in Stripe terms)

yeah excatly. I read through the documentation a bit and you need to configure it in the wallet which i did

Our documentation states you need to activate it in your dashboard settings. What is the problem?

yeah when activating paypal in the dashboard settings you need to select "recurring payment" which needs permission from paypal

and as i stated before, they wont give it to anyone because these are "reference transactions", because of the code form stripe
