I see we are lising taxable_amounts for both items that are lower than the item's price

I thought this was going to be more of an API issue but I think it might have more to do with how this specific tax is calculated. This question is wrt connected account. from dashboard it is not possibe to change the person's relationship status if that person is accunt representative. Is there a way to change a perrons' account representative relationship?
