we are using the wisepad 3 for our shopify pos - in the beginning everything was able to be connected, payments were accepted and everything. this morning, the wisepad 3 didnt accept any payments anymore, in the shopify pos app, the accepted cards were displayed somewhat weird with only 3 showing up with spaces inbetween. although displayed, none of the suggested card types were processed. after deinstalling everything and resetting everything to factory settings, the device now can't be connected to no device. it simply doesn't show up in the list of devices.
