old checkout to new checkout
old: payment went through stripe popup window
new; redirect to the stripe checkout
asking about upgrade/downgrading for existing subscription to new.

Do you want to upgrade or downgrade Subscription by yourself (as a merchant), or do you want to let the customer downgrade or upgrade their Subscription with you?
