Yeah I think even the ones that are not 100% off are discounting the amount enough that it falls below the minimum charge amount (https://stripe.com/docs/currencies#minimum-and-maximum-charge-amounts)

Previously, we didn't allow one-time payments on checkout to be discounted below the minimum but I believe we're changing this soon - let me check what the current state of that is

Right now it's not something that's supported in checkout publicly - but we do have a beta for this that would allow it
