I'm not sure I follow. a BIN isn't part of a Dispute object: https://stripe.com/docs/api/disputes/object

Ah so a BIN is the first 6 digits of the card. Is there some way to grab this for the transaction that corresponds to the Dispute object?

We expose the last_4 of a Card payment method but not the frist 6, no

There may be a feature you could use but requires requesting access. You should write in to Support to ask for it: https://support.stripe.com/?contact=true
