Thank you for your patience, the reset option I'm seeing available is to use a paper clip to press the reset button on the side of the reader.

Does that factory reset?

It resets the reader, did doing so alleviate the concern you're facing?

We aren't really facing a problem, just trying to get our reader back to like "out of the box" to test some things on the first connection to our app and neede it to be factory reset to test
