SEPA Direct payment can be performed with the core scheme (b2c) or B2B (also explained in your site)

#

B2B can be used only for business to business transaction and have less refound policy

#

I dont know if the b2b scheme will be auto applied in case of business mandate

The doc you shared explains how Sepa works in general. But it looks like Stripe doesn't support the B2B scheme.
