We are only using the payment elment, on our website.

The Payment Element is designed to collect new payment info you don't already have. You can't prefill it with existing payment information.

If you've already collected payment info and have a Payment Method attached to a Customer you can use it with a Payment Intent without using the Payment Element at all.

I only thought it could be possible, because you can already fill in the billing details. Except for the IBAN.
