hello! i think there's two Radar settings you'll want to enable to block cards with the wrong CVC :

• https://dashboard.stripe.com/settings/radar/rules : there's a rule called Block if CVC verification fails - you should enable this
• you should also enable the setting on this page https://dashboard.stripe.com/settings/radar that says Use Radar on payment methods saved for future use
