hello! can you share the Invoice id?

Thanks Alex!
you've assisted me many times before 🙂
The amount you set for the Price is $0 : https://dashboard.stripe.com/test/prices/price_1NYODHDBF4LGcRTgi0svVTmD

try creating a different price which is > $0
ohhh, I didn't see I'd created a $0 price ... whoops
hmmm ... as soon as I start creating an invoice it creates that $0 price
are you creating this via the Dashboard?
yes
do I have to set a price manually, it isn't picked up automatically from the product-> price?
i think that price which you're selecting was already set as $0
that, or it has no Price under that product previously, and you have to add one
hmmm ... I don't think so ... or I'm not understanding ...
not sure if I can show the process ...
but I seleced create invoice for the customer, then when I selected the product (or ANY) of my products, it still shows $0 ... I can hand edit the price of the invoice though ...
maybe just edit the price and see if you get an invoice which is non-zero then?
hang on ... you're right
I can see a $0 price ... but the $1000 is the default
and it's doing this as soon as I create an invoice for the customer ...:
that seems ... odd
why not just delete or archive the $0 Price?
you're not going to use it and having it there is just making things confusing right now
It is archived
does it still show as $0 now?
yes ... have I set the price up incorrectly for a 1 off payment?
I had set the currency to AUD !!!
It was showing as $0 when I went to the invoice purchase for the customer
does the currency have to match the customer default?
A customer is locked into a particular currency once they make payment via Invoice / Subscription. What that means is that only Prices of that same currency can be used for that particular customer.
