fwiw we do use the 1114 number for personal account type and i believe it works

I'm looking at it with a team mate, but i'd also suggest working with the person who gave you access to this. I realized after we sharted looking that this is a non-public feature you're using.

sorry yes, that's what i meant by "not part of the standard api". i don't know what person that was, but i can interact with stripe support proper if necessary.
