Hello! Are you from Hevo or are you just someone that uses Hevo and has no insight into the actual requests being made? I'm asking because I'd want to see a request ID to see what kind of requests are being made

Yeah I can take a quick look and see if I see anything, but this is likely somethign you'll need to contact Hevo to fix as well

I'm not seeing anything out of the ordinary yet in terms of account retrieval requests that would be causing that error

and the error message you sent over isn't one of ours - it must be one that Hevo is generating

#

so yeah, next best step is to check in with Hevo to see which specific requests are the issue and throwing that error
