@safe goblet My understanding was that we had an issue with some Reader updates and we did comms to affected merchants. I think you likely want to chat with our support team directly about this https://support.stripe.com/contact

You can try, I'm dubious they'll know, I'd use the contact form but they can always escalate from chat

we change readers and give the broken ones back to stripe?
I don't know exactly so I'd recommend talking to support directly and they can guide you. In some cases rebooting was enough but not all cases
rebooting for us only helped a small percentage of the readers that had the problem
most of the time didn't help
