You can do both simulated and physical, but for the latter you need a Test Card: https://stripe.com/docs/terminal/references/testing#simulated-test-cards

Is there a problem when I change it to an actual service after completing it with a simulation?(Is the code the same as simulation or physical?)

You can always test it in Live mode with a small amount, and the refund the payment.
