My dev team is overseas and they keep getting hit with this error trying to access this discord server

I've been asking all of their questions here but it would be prefered if they could come in and ask directly

We don't have any country restrictions or anything like that set up as far as I know. Have you reached out to Discord to ask what might be the issue?

I have not, they seem to be able to access other servers fine.

based on your reply Im assuming that as long as people have the channel address they can join?

Do you know when they tried to access the server? The screenshot above shows very little information. A screenshot of the sidebar would be much more helpful.

Like if they try to access this server right now what do they see? What does the whole Discord app look like?

Yeah, I would need more information to help further. A full screenshot of the entire Discord UI when this happens would be a good place to start.
