Hi there! The request you shared is a request to attach a card PaymentMethod to a customer. Cards are authorized when they are attached to a Customer object, which means card details are shared with the issuing bank. The insufficient funds error was sent to us by the issuing bank in this case.
Client claims that there is money in the card, what is the scenario for still getting this error ?
As far as I know, CC currency is USD, can that be an issue ?

Client talked to the bank as well, they say all is well on card balance
