I've tried. They are unable to help. In fact, they don't even reply
I imagined you guys would have better means to forward this case to the correct department than I would, given you guys at least work for Stripe
My emails are getting ignored and more and more people are charging back
Customers see that the store is missing its buy button and assume the worst. I can't make any announcements regarding the issue either, I can't be transparent with my customers because Stripe provides me no information on what's going on. It's been 11 days
