BTW: The answer on #1115915984574885898 message was very helpful. We also need that feature, to provide our custom mandate references while creating direct debits. Otherwise we would have to manually reach out to 1200 clients (offline) to renew their mandates, as currently they have different mandate references (related to their membership id). So please count +1 for that function.

Yesterday we where able to create 15 payments, the last one was pi_3NXJOFDOL8lScRUG1DPgbD4B (9:41 am), the 16th failed pi_3NXJOHDOL8lScRUG0OOqJebp (9:41 am).

We tried again later just one single payment intent at (4:10pm), which worked (pi_3NXPT9DOL8lScRUG09wV4hVo) and therefore we tried a larger batch at 4:52pm which also worked i.e. pi_3NXQ7QDOL8lScRUG0Ez7He7A. When we reached the count of 15 (including the one from 4:10pm) they started to fail (ie. pi_3NXQ7lDOL8lScRUG2tnJoJMK).

In total we need to create about 1200 payment intents at start of each month. We can not do batches with 15 intents each x hours, that won't work.

Do you know roughly how much € your processed in the last 7 days using SEPA?

Our first 20 payments that where processed successfully where less then 1000 EUR.

Until now we where able to create 3 times 15 payments, each "batch" is less than 1000 EUR.

The account is new. Maybe there are some limits at the beginning. The only one I know so far is a weekly limit of 10.000 EUR for new users, see https://stripe.com/docs/payments/sepa-debit/accept-a-payment, where it also says:

If you need higher limits, please Contact support.

We did not yet reach this limit. To me it seems that there might be a limit of 15 payments in a certain time.

Radar Fraude detection system is disabled. Would it help to enable that?

Unfortunately here on Discord we are not sure what's causing this. I would recommend to talk to Stripe support directly, who would have more time to investigate this. Make sure to include all relevant details.
