Above field is from "Creation of Checkout Session" and above field is under "payment_method_options.acss_debit.mandate_options". So if I need to set up mandate for the acss.debit.

The more payment options I give to user is better for the user. Since there are many payment methods available at Stripe, why should not I use them all if I can.

yeah I don't really think that's realistic or scalable to do something like this. Our API changes all the time, sometimes multiple times a day.

Ultimately: you really should ignore this, it's for extremely advanced users that refuse to use our own Mandates API and want to host all of this themselves.
