I believe especially question 4 relates to the API usage
also question 3 is happening due to some developer test mode actions I don't totally understand
I don't believe you can change what's shown in the Express dashboard regarding #4, but we're not experts on the Express Dashboard here and I'm not 100% certain where it's pulling that description from.
For #3 a negative Payout can be caused by lots of different things. There should be details on the Payout and/or the related Balance Transaction.
