Hi 👋 I don't believe that is possible. The prebuilt options are to include an item with an adjustable quantity, but that includes the item by default, or leverage Cross-Sells, but those have a maximum quantity of 1.

bummer, ok, sounds like the only way to accomplish this is to build my own ui?

Yes, that is currently the only approach I'm aware of, but I will capture your feedback that is something you'd like to see a prebuilt feature for.
